Day 1

8:30 to 9:00 checkin

9:00 to 12:00 – High Performance Testing

12:00 to 1:00 – Lunch

1:00 to 3:00 - Testing Lab

3:00 to 5:00 - Review

Day 2:

9:00 to 12:00- Strength and Conditioning

12:00 t o1:00 – lunch

1:00 to 3;00 – Condition Lab

4;00 to 5:00 – review

day 3:

9 to 12 – Nutrition and Hydration

12 to 1 – lunch

1 to 3- Nutrition Lab

3 to 5 – review

Day 4

9 to 12 – Bioenergetic Medicine

12 to 1 – lunch

1 to 3 – Lab

3 to 5 – final review and exam
